What is your production time?
Production typically requires 3–5 business days. Each item is printed on demand after purchase.
We do not pre-print inventory and hope for the best.
What is your shipping time?
Shipping averages 4–7 business days after production. Tracking information is issued at dispatch.

Why is my item not pre-shipped?
All products are printed per order.
This prevents waste, excess stock, and mysterious warehouse boxes from 2017.
Can I modify or cancel an order after purchase?
Orders enter production quickly. Modification is not guaranteed once processing begins.

How should I wash the garment?
Machine wash cold. Turn inside out. Avoid high heat.
If you wouldn’t overheat a server, don’t overheat the hoodie.

Because each item is printed to order, returns are limited to defective or misprinted products.
We do not operate a “changed my mind” department.
What qualifies as defective?
Production misprints, material defects, or damage during manufacturing.
What does not qualify?
Incorrect size selection, preference changes, or discovering you prefer navy over black.
How do I request a replacement?
Submit a support request within 14 days of delivery. Include order number and photos.
