[OVERVIEW]: Service Ticket Dept provides this interface and the associated hardware (products) as a curated service. By accessing this system, you acknowledge and agree to the protocols outlined in these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these parameters, please terminate your session immediately.

[SECTION_01]: ACCOUNT_&_ACCESS_PERMISSIONS By initializing a session, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The system is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised user passwords.

[SECTION_02]: HARDWARE_SPECIFICATIONS (PRODUCTS) Descriptions of assets are subject to change without notice. While we attempt to provide high-fidelity renderings, hardware appearance may vary based on your local monitor's display configuration and resolution. We do not warrant that product quality will perfectly match your local cache (expectations).

[SECTION_03]: ORDER_PROCESSING_LOGS Placing an order constitutes a request for deployment. Service Ticket Dept reserves the right to decline any request. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation log is sent. Purchases are for personal use; commercial resale is a violation of these terms.

[SECTION_04]: BILLING_&_CURRENCY All costs are set at the time of order execution. Posted prices exclude taxes and logistics (shipping) unless specified. You agree to provide current, accurate financial data for all transactions.

[SECTION_05]: LOGISTICS_&_TRANSFER_OF_RISK Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for latency caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the user upon transfer of the hardware to the logistics carrier.

[SECTION_06]: INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY_RIGHTS All code, text, graphics, and designs are the property of Service Ticket Dept. This agreement grants a limited license for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

[DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE]

All digital products are licensed to a single purchaser for personal or internal business use.

You may:
- Edit and customize the templates for your own use.
- Use the templates within your organization.

You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files.
- Upload the files to public websites or marketplaces.
- Claim ownership of the original templates.
All intellectual property remains the property of Service Ticket Dept.

[SECTION_07]: PROHIBITED_SYSTEM_USES You may not use the Services for:

(a) Malicious or unlawful intent.

(b) Infringement of intellectual property.

(c) Transmission of viruses or malicious code.

(d) Data scraping or unauthorized crawling.

[SECTION_08]: DISCLAIMER_OF_WARRANTIES_&_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, SERVICE TICKET DEPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST DATA OR REVENUE) ARISING FROM THE USE OF THESE SERVICES.

[SECTION_09]: GOVERNING_LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within this jurisdiction.
