Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All Service Ticket Dept products are produced on demand through our global fulfillment partner, Gelato.
Items are not pre-stocked and begin production after an order is placed.

Production time:
3–5 business days


Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order ships to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.

Free shipping is automatically applied to U.S. orders over $50 USD.

You will always see the final shipping cost before completing payment.


Tracking

When available, tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Split Shipments

Because products may be produced in different facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
